Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical need
Quickly assess and prioritize patient conditions with expert precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat
Educate patients and families during high-stress moments
Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure seamless care continuity

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
ER nursing experience preferred
Strong critical thinking in high-pressure situations

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in emergency triage and protocols
Expertise with life-saving equipment and procedures
Excellent communication under pressure
Adaptability to rapidly changing patient scenarios
