Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate nursing care procedures tailored to pediatric acute patients
Work independently to complete assignments with professional expertise
Support patients of all ages and their families through comprehensive care
Follow physician orders and hospital standards to ensure top-quality outcomes
Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare providers in a culturally rich setting

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Valid, current, full and unrestricted Professional Nursing License from any U.S. state
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association
Complete P-CAR within 6 months of hire
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within 6 months of hire

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in pediatric acute care
Ability to work independently with professional judgment
Proficiency in nursing procedures for diverse patient conditions
Strong understanding of standards of care and hospital policies
