Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to patients, making a real difference in their daily lives
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Monitor patient conditions closely and collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal outcomes
Assist with daily living activities to enhance resident comfort and independence
Document care accurately to ensure continuity and quality

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Commitment to providing excellent patient care
Local candidates only for this rewarding opportunity

Education

Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in patient care documentation
Compassionate bedside manner
