Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor telemetry for critically ill patients with precision and care
Deliver compassionate nursing interventions that save lives
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Assess and respond swiftly to cardiac rhythms and changes
Educate patients and families to empower their recovery journey

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
Telemetry experience or certification preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Ability to thrive in fast-paced tele unit
Commitment to exceptional patient-centered care

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation
Strong critical thinking for rapid assessments
Excellent communication with patients and teams
Proficiency in EHR documentation and protocols
