Shift Type: 4-10s per week, days with rotating call schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in cardiovascular operating room procedures to save lives
Prepare surgical suites and equipment with precision and care
Support surgeons and teams during critical CVOR cases
Maintain sterile environments to ensure patient safety
Collaborate with hybrid cath lab staff for seamless operations

Qualifications

Active CO Surgical Tech (CST) DORA License - required
Certification from NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT
Current BLS Certification through AHA
Graduate of accredited scrub technologist program
Specific CVOR CST experience to hit the ground running

Education

Graduate of an accredited scrub technologist program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in CVOR procedures and sterile techniques
Familiarity with hybrid cath lab operations
Strong attention to detail under pressure
Team collaboration in fast-paced surgical settings
