Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shifts, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week with weekend rotations and possible variable shifts

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to patients in the Medical Surgical Department
Monitor and record vital signs with precision
Perform EKGs and phlebotomy to support accurate diagnostics
Assist with splinting and glucometer readings for patient comfort
Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant license in the State of Maine
Current BLS certification
Proficiency in phlebotomy
Experience with EKG, vitals, splinting, and glucometer

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in EKG monitoring
Expert at taking vitals
Proficient in splinting techniques
Experienced with glucometer use
Strong phlebotomy abilities
