Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to assigned patients during the evening/night hours
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Perform timely and thorough patient assessments and document findings
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and update patient care plans
Respond to patient needs and escalations with professionalism and calm
Maintain clear, accurate electronic and paper documentation
Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control, and safety standards

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Maryland (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and required health screenings
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively on a night shift team

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN diploma or equivalent)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic wound care
Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Charting and documentation in electronic medical records
Time management and prioritization during busy shifts
Team collaboration and clear communication with nurses and providers
