Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide kind, respectful assistance with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
- Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team - you're their eyes and ears
- Help residents stay mobile and comfortable throughout the day
- Document care provided and keep detailed records of each resident's needs
- Work alongside nurses and other staff to create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment
- Bring energy and compassion to every interaction, making a real difference in someone's day
Qualifications
- Active LNA/Licensed Nursing Assistant certification in New Hampshire or Vermont
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption
- Must have a valid state or federal ID and be comfortable wearing a photo badge at all times
- Compassionate, reliable, and ready to jump into a team that cares
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of resident care and daily living assistance
- Strong communication skills for speaking with residents, families, and team members
- Keen observation skills to catch subtle changes in condition
- A knack for staying organized while managing multiple priorities
- Comfort with electronic documentation and following care plans
- A positive, adaptable attitude that thrives in a new environment
