Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide kind, respectful assistance with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team - you're their eyes and ears
• Help residents stay mobile and comfortable throughout the day
• Document care provided and keep detailed records of each resident's needs
• Work alongside nurses and other staff to create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment
• Bring energy and compassion to every interaction, making a real difference in someone's day

Qualifications

• Active LNA/Licensed Nursing Assistant certification in New Hampshire or Vermont
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Ability to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption
• Must have a valid state or federal ID and be comfortable wearing a photo badge at all times
• Compassionate, reliable, and ready to jump into a team that cares

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of resident care and daily living assistance
• Strong communication skills for speaking with residents, families, and team members
• Keen observation skills to catch subtle changes in condition
• A knack for staying organized while managing multiple priorities
• Comfort with electronic documentation and following care plans
• A positive, adaptable attitude that thrives in a new environment
