Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy interventions following each patient's OT plan of care to support their journey toward independence.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely, keeping every detail communication-ready for the supervising OT.
• Empower patients and families with education and guidance for continued success at home.
• Keep the supervising OT informed on patient status and collaborate on treatment adjustments.
• Champion safety, infection control, and compliance protocols in everything you do.

Qualifications

• You're a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold an active state COTA license in South Carolina, or be able to obtain one before your start date.
• You bring strong teamwork, compassion, and a patient-first mindset to every interaction.
