Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and create individualized care plans for patients
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate follow-up care to improve long-term health outcomes
• Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record and follow quality care standards
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and support staff to deliver patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Valid and unrestricted California medical license or ability to obtain one before start
• Board certification or active board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Preventive Medicine
• Current BLS certification; ACLS is a plus
• Primary care experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
• Proficiency with electronic health records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
• Commitment to providing evidence-based, culturally competent care
• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical setting
