Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $189 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and create individualized care plans for patients
- Manage chronic conditions and coordinate follow-up care to improve long-term health outcomes
- Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record and follow quality care standards
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and support staff to deliver patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Valid and unrestricted California medical license or ability to obtain one before start
- Board certification or active board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Preventive Medicine
- Current BLS certification; ACLS is a plus
- Primary care experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
- Proficiency with electronic health records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
- Commitment to providing evidence-based, culturally competent care
- Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical setting
