Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interventions.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered professional license in the state of practice (or compact eligibility).
• BLS certification required; additional certifications per specialty.
• Must pass Trinity specialty specific competency testing.
• Compliance with all health requirements including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza, COVID-19) and a negative TB test (PPD or IGRA).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the relevant clinical setting.
• Must pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams.
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety standards.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
