Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms to detect changes in patient status
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient data accurately and maintain up-to-date records
• Respond quickly to cardiac emergencies and provide life-saving interventions
• Educate patients and their families on cardiac health and recovery

Qualifications

• Active RN license (verified via Nursys)
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS and DCI/BVP certifications required
• Successful completion of Prime's Basic Pharmacology Exam and Rhythm Interpretation Screening
• Experience in telemetry or cardiac nursing preferred
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screening and complete health requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and charting documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of telemetry monitoring equipment and protocols
