Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in Med Surg units
• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care plans in a fast-paced environment
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and precision
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and effectively communicate with patients and families

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Rhode Island
• BLS certification (required)
• Experience in Med Surg nursing
• Ability to float between units and adapt quickly
• EKG and pharmacology competency

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in medication administration and IV therapy
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic clinical environment
• Basic EKG interpretation and pharmacology knowledge
