Candidate Pay Rate: $33.77 - $33.78 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor cardiac telemetry continuously and promptly identify rhythm changes
- Respond to alarms and escalate concerns to nursing and providers quickly
- Maintain accurate monitoring logs and electronic documentation
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support safe, timely patient care
- Troubleshoot monitor connections and equipment to ensure reliable data
- Assist with basic patient observations and communicate findings clearly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; completed telemetry/monitoring program preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or willingness to obtain
- Prior experience with telemetry monitoring or clinical monitoring preferred
- Strong rhythm recognition skills or demonstrated willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Telemetry/monitoring program certificate or equivalent preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of cardiac rhythms and common telemetry findings
- Familiarity with monitor hardware and basic troubleshooting
- Comfortable navigating electronic medical records and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition
- Good judgment and escalation skills when abnormalities are detected
- Team-oriented mindset and clear verbal/written communication
