Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care in a fast-paced Level II Trauma PICU
- Monitor critically ill pediatric patients with 2:1 ratios
- Perform IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements with precision
- Collaborate with intensivists, RTs, and multidisciplinary teams
- Thrive under pressure in a teaching hospital environment
- Prioritize patient care while adapting to dynamic needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years current acute care hospital PICU RN experience
- Active BLS and PALS certifications required
- RN license in good standing
Education
- RN licensure required
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in pediatric critical care and CR monitoring
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR system
- Preferred: CRRT experience, APHON certification, pediatric teaching hospital background
