Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct physical therapy evaluations to make a real difference in patient recovery
Establish personalized plans of care that empower patients
Assist with rounds and care conferences to ensure seamless team coordination
Communicate frequently with the rehab team on progress, equipment, and discharge planning
Deliver therapy in patient rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, and dedicated gyms

Qualifications

Active NC Physical Therapy license
CPR certification
At least 2 years of experience, preferably 3+ in hospital or nursing home settings

Education

Physical Therapy degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in physical therapy within hospital and nursing home environments
Strong communication with interdisciplinary rehab teams
Proficiency with Cerner and NetHealth documentation systems
Adaptability to treat across acute, swing, nursing home, and outpatient services
