Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional surgical care in a fast-paced Level 1 trauma OR
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Respond swiftly to trauma cases and high-acuity needs
Maintain precision during complex procedures while upholding safety standards
Champion patient advocacy from pre-op to recovery

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Previous travel experience
Level 1 trauma experience
High rating on skills checklist
Burn experience preferred for those standout candidates

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in OR procedures and sterile techniques
Strong trauma and critical care skills
Adaptability in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
