Location: Largo, Florida

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM with every other weekend and holidays
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to psych and rehab patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery journeys
- Float between HCA Florida Largo main campus and West psych/rehab unit
- Ensure safe, healing environments through vigilant monitoring
- Advocate for patients, making meaningful differences in their lives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida
- 1+ year of recent psych or rehab nursing experience
- BLS certification required
- Commitment to every other weekend and holiday rotations
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong psych and rehab nursing expertise
- Excellent patient assessment and crisis intervention skills
- Team collaboration and communication prowess
- Adaptability for floating between units
