Shift Type: 36 hours/week, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional critical care in a 6-bed ICU with patient ratios up to 2:1
Perform advanced procedures like central line and art line placements, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and intubation
Utilize cutting-edge equipment including Arctic Sun and Continuous EEG with newest GE ICU monitors
Collaborate with a dedicated team including nurse techs in a high-quality, staff-engaged environment
Float to ICU overflow to maximize your impact and experience expanding service lines

Qualifications

Active RN license with 2+ years of ICU experience
Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS
Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity unit

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking skills for complex patient scenarios
Excellent communication skills to connect with patients and team
Proficiency with Meditech documentation system
