Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Start Date: 06-22-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM with 1 weekend and one night on call per week

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from general, neuro, oncology, orthopedic, and vascular surgeries
Monitor vital signs and manage 1:2 patient ratios for personalized attention
Collaborate with amazing staff in a state-of-the-art 26-bed PACU next to the OR
Deliver compassionate care that makes a real difference in surgical recovery
Adapt to diverse procedures while maintaining a calm, easy-going vibe

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of experience
Must have strong ICU and PACU background - no exceptions
ACLS certification preferred
Easy-going and pleasant personality to fit right in with our fantastic team

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in post-op recovery for all surgical types
Proficiency with Meditech EMR system
Comfortable with state-of-the-art equipment
Ability to float to Day Surgery when needed
