Shift Type: 36 hours/week, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 3-4 weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert cardiac care in a bustling 32-bed CCU supporting 2:1 ratios
Manage advanced procedures like central line insertions, swan catheters, intubations, and hemodynamic monitoring
Collaborate with a tight-knit team on a growing cardiogenic shock program
Monitor high-acuity patients using Phillips telemetry and contribute to excellent patient outcomes
Float as needed to keep the hospital humming during peak times

Qualifications

Active RN license
Minimum 2 years of experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Must have solid cardiac and critical care background

Education

RN degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiac expertise including PA catheters, hemodynamic monitoring, IABP, Impella, CRRT
Proficiency with Hill-Rom beds and Phillips telemetry monitors
Strong teamwork in fast-paced environments
Comfortable with Meditech documentation
