Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional recovery care to post-op patients in a fast-paced 30-bed PACU
Monitor vital signs and manage 1:2 or 1:1 patient ratios with precision and compassion
Assist with procedures like craniotomies and ortho surgeries ensuring smooth transitions
Collaborate with a dedicated team including CNC/charge nurses to prioritize patient experience
Respond promptly to on-call needs within 30 minutes, keeping everything running seamlessly

Qualifications

Active RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital PACU RN experience - no exceptions

Education

RN degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Acute care hospital experience
Proficiency with Meditech EMR system a plus
Flexible with hours and on-call requirements
Great attitude that thrives under pressure without stress
