Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform thorough evaluations to craft personalized treatment plans that transform lives
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy to boost strength, mobility, and daily function
- Educate patients and families on exercises and home safety for lasting independence
- Collaborate with nurses, OTs, and physicians to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
- Monitor progress and refine plans to ensure every resident reaches their potential
- Maintain precise documentation upholding the highest standards of care
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in California
- At least 1 year of experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
- Compassionate, patient-centered mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to shine both solo and in a dynamic team setting
