Location: Spokane, Washington

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare the operating room by setting up sterile instruments and equipment
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
- Maintain strict aseptic technique to ensure patient safety
- Sterilize and organize surgical tools before and after procedures
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of surgical tech experience preferred
Education
- Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technology program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
- Ability to anticipate surgeon's needs during procedures
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
