Sterile Processing Tech
Location: Pontiac, Michigan
Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 - $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure all surgical instruments are meticulously cleaned, sterilized, and ready for use
- Inspect and assemble instrument trays according to established protocols
- Operate sterilization equipment and document all processes accurately
- Collaborate with surgical teams to maintain a seamless supply chain
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety
Qualifications
- Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CSPT) or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience in sterile processing or central supply within a hospital setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection prevention
- Familiarity with surgical instruments and their handling
- Ability to operate autoclaves and chemical sterilants
- Strong communication and organizational skills
