Location: Lancaster, Ohio

Start Date: 06-01-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with every 6th weekend coverage (subsequent days off during the week)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver top-notch pharmaceutical care by monitoring and evaluating medication use for optimal patient outcomes
Review, interpret, and dispense medication orders with precision and care
Provide expert drug information to patients, families, and healthcare teams
Manage patient medication therapy ensuring safety and effectiveness tailored to each individual
Coordinate pharmacy technician activities to keep everything running smoothly
Respond swiftly to medical emergencies with critical medication support

Qualifications

Hold a valid active Ohio Pharmacy License in good standing
Bring at least 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience
Bachelor of Science or Pharm D from an accredited program

Education

Bachelor of Science or Pharm D degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy

Knowledge & Skills

Strong pharmaceutical care and patient medication therapy expertise
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams, patients, and families
Analytical problem-solving with attention to detail
Proficiency in medication orders, drug information, and therapy management
