Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized speech therapy to patients across 11 counties in the Elizabethtown and Bardstown region
Help patients recover communication skills after strokes and other neurological events
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create meaningful care plans
Travel between home health visits while building lasting patient relationships
Document progress and adjust treatment strategies to maximize outcomes

Qualifications

Active Kentucky SLP license in hand at time of submission
CCC-SLP credential required
At least one year of clinical experience
Home health experience is a must
Current BLS certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong background in treating CVA and aphasia patients
Comfortable working independently across a large service area
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Compassionate approach to home health care delivery
