Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as charge nurse overseeing daily operations on the unit
- Administer medications safely and accurately to residents
- Provide skilled wound care and monitor healing progress
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being
- Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and communicate with on-call providers
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
- BLS certification required
- Prior long-term care experience preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable working independently as the sole nurse on shift
- Familiarity with Matrix EMR a plus
- Ability to manage medication administration and basic wound care
- Reliable and adaptable in a small facility setting
