Location: Garden City, Kansas

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 24/7 on-call for weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee both Cath Lab and ICU departments with passion and purpose
Mentor staff while enhancing nursing competencies and building a positive culture
Coordinate pre-procedure, recovery, and bedside procedural support with moderate sedation
Ensure safe titration of vasoactive drips and manage complex critical care patients
Collaborate across departments as a helping hand when needed
Drive quality outcomes for cardiac, vascular, and respiratory patients

Qualifications

Active RN license with 3 years of nursing experience
1 year of management experience and 1 year of clinical leadership experience
Current ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency
Strong background in critical care and telemetry
Experience with fluoro procedures and vasoactive medication management

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiac and vascular procedures
Proficiency with vents, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen
Ability to read and monitor telemetry strips confidently
Comfort managing complex drips including Levophed, Vasopressin, and Propofol
Strong leadership presence with a collaborative spirit
