Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead unit operations to ensure high quality, patient-centered care
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
• Coordinate staffing and workflow to maintain safe patient ratios and efficient coverage
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Oversee documentation and regulatory compliance to meet facility standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to resolve issues promptly

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania required
• Proven experience in unit management or clinical leadership preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced certifications such as ACLS preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Comfortable with clinical documentation and staffing coordination

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Leadership and team-building in a clinical setting
• Clinical judgment and patient-centered decision making
• Familiarity with EMR documentation and clinical workflows
• Regulatory compliance, infection control, and quality improvement
• Efficient staffing, scheduling, and resource coordination
