Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to newborns and infants in the NICU
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status
• Administer medications, treatments, and respiratory support
• Educate families and support parents through the NICU journey
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit huddles

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience (Level II preferred, Level III a plus)
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Strong knowledge of neonatal assessment, ventilator management, CPAP, Vapotherm, PICC line insertion, UAC/UVC
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and self‑schedule
