Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to med/surg patients making a real difference daily
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changing conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Educate patients and families empowering them on their recovery journey

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
Med/surg nursing experience preferred
BLS certification required
Passionate about patient-centered care

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment skills
Excellent communication and teamwork
Proficiency in patient monitoring and documentation
Adaptability in fast-paced environments
