Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver critical patient care in a fast‑paced ICU environment
• Monitor vital signs and respond to rapid changes in patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol
• Educate patients and families about conditions and recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Iowa
• Minimum 1 year ICU experience
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, NIHSS certifications
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to dynamic situations

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in ICU equipment and monitoring systems
• Expertise in ventilator management and hemodynamic support
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Ability to perform rapid assessment and emergency interventions
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
