Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based physical therapy care to a diverse patient population
• Evaluate patients, design personalized treatment plans, and celebrate their progress every step of the way
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training that restores confidence
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to keep care coordinated, clear, and effective
• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately and on time
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and long-term wellness strategies
• Help shape a positive, encouraging environment for patients and teammates alike

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in Illinois (or compact eligibility)
• Current BLS certification
• DCI/BVP certification as required for this assignment
• A genuine passion for helping patients move, heal, and thrive
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Comfortable completing Prime Specialty and Core Competencies exams and a skills checklist
• Ability to meet credentialing requirements including drug screening, color-blind test, health statement, and immunization records
• New travelers and experienced travelers are both welcome to apply
