Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to keep every appointment safe and efficient
• Welcome and seat young patients, helping them feel comfortable and at ease
• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures with a steady, supportive hand
• Take and process dental X-rays as needed while following safety protocols
• Maintain accurate patient records and help keep the schedule running smoothly
• Teach kids and parents about oral hygiene in a fun and approachable way

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant certification or licensure in Wisconsin, or ability to obtain
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience working with children or in a pediatric dental setting is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to infection control
