Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that makes a real difference every single day
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to build and carry out thoughtful care plans
• Document accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record
• Educate patients and their families so they feel confident and supported
• Follow facility policies, safety standards, and infection control practices
• Complete Trinity specialty specific competency testing to keep your skills sharp

Qualifications

• Active license or certification in your specialty, with the ability to obtain Michigan licensure
• Current BLS certification
• Comfortable completing Trinity specialty specific competency testing
• Up-to-date immunizations including Tdap, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, COVID-19, and Influenza
• Able to complete a fit test, color vision screening, physical health statement, and 10-panel drug screen
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care

• Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Comfort working with electronic medical records
• Teamwork and collaboration across disciplines
• Great time management and organizational skills
• Patient and family education know-how
