Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and help them feel at ease before orthodontic treatment
• Assist the orthodontist during exams, adjustments, and procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms to keep everything safe and ready
• Take dental radiographs and orthodontic records as needed
• Support patients with oral hygiene tips and orthodontic care instructions
• Keep accurate charting and treatment notes in the practice management system
• Manage supplies and inventory so the team never misses a beat
• Collaborate with a friendly clinical team to keep appointments running smoothly

Qualifications

• Orthodontic certification required
• Dental Assisting experience is a plus
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
• Comfortable working afternoon to evening shifts, 1:30 PM - 9:00 PM
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and ready to learn
• Team player with a positive attitude
