Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry patients closely and act quickly when rhythms change
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered bedside care to every patient
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and fellow nurses to build care plans
• Document assessments and patient progress accurately and on time
• Educate patients and families so they feel confident and supported
• Respond calmly and confidently to urgent situations and rapid changes

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Kansas (or compact eligibility)
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• DCI/BVP certification
• Previous telemetry or cardiac monitoring experience preferred
• Strong assessment skills and a sharp eye for rhythm changes
• A team-first attitude and a genuine passion for patient care
