Retail Pharmacist
Location: Zanesville, Ohio
Start Date: 06-01-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Varied day shifts Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, typical 8.5 hours (longer shifts available), no weekends or holidays
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients with care
- Administer vaccinations to keep the community healthy
- Manage prescriptions using systems like RX30 and Point Click
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide exceptional retail pharmacy services that build trust
Qualifications
- Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
- Vaccination certification required
- At least 1 year of current retail pharmacy experience
- Experience with RX30 pharmacy system is a plus
Education
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in retail pharmacy operations
- Familiarity with Point Click EMR
- RX30 pharmacy system experience preferred
- Strong patient counseling and vaccination skills
