Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide expert respiratory care to critically ill neonates in the NICU
• Administer nebulizer treatments and oxygen therapy with precision and compassion
• Manage ventilators and monitor patient responses to ensure optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans
• Document patient progress accurately and communicate effectively with families
• Educate families on respiratory care techniques and home management when appropriate

Qualifications

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure
• Current BLS, NRP, PALS, and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
• NICU, ICU, or PICU experience preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work as part of a team
