Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care to a diverse patient population
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs and promptly report any changes in condition
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatments, and aftercare
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• BLS certification required (AHA)
• NIHSS certification required
• Successful completion of Trinity skills checklist and specialty competency testing
• Current immunizations including COVID-19 and influenza
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Understanding of patient safety and infection control practices
