Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, closely monitoring patient responses
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Document patient status, vitals, and care provided accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate with physicians, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless continuity of care
• Maintain a safe, comforting, and dignified atmosphere for every patient

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in New Mexico (or compact state license)
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or similar
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatrics preferred
• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements, including COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records and accurate documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work effectively as part of a team
