Candidate Pay Rate: $37 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, closely monitoring patient responses
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Document patient status, vitals, and care provided accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate with physicians, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless continuity of care
- Maintain a safe, comforting, and dignified atmosphere for every patient
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in New Mexico (or compact state license)
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or similar
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatrics preferred
- Must comply with facility vaccination requirements, including COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records and accurate documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work effectively as part of a team
