Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional cardiac critical care to high-acuity patients in a fast-paced CV service line
• Monitor and assess complex cardiac conditions, intervening quickly to stabilize patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, compassionate care
• Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage advanced cardiac interventions
• Maintain accurate patient records using Cerner and Epic charting systems
• Support patients and families through critical illness with clear communication and empathy

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arkansas or a compact state
• At least 2 years of critical care or CCU experience
• Current BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Strong cardiac experience with high-acuity patients
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in cardiac critical care and hemodynamic monitoring
• Comfortable with ventilator management and advanced cardiac life support
• Proficient in Cerner and Epic electronic medical records
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
