Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to telemetry and neurology patients on a fast-paced 32-bed unit
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret strips using GE telemetry monitors
• Titrate critical drips including Amiodarone, Heparin, Insulin, and Cardizem with precision
• Collaborate with the care team to manage patients with cardiac, stroke, and seizure diagnoses
• Troubleshoot High Flow and BiPAP devices as needed
• Mentor and support LPNs, PCTs, and new staff during your shift

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state (NLC) with at least 2 years of experience
• Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications
• Must-have experience in neurological care and telemetry
• Strong ability to titrate drips and interpret cardiac strips
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• BSN not required - we welcome ADN and diploma nurses
