Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical cases
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain
• Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team including PTAs and rehab aides
• Document patient progress accurately using EPIC electronic health records
• Utilize a warm water therapy pool for therapeutic aquatic interventions
• Provide supervision and guidance to therapy assistants and aides

Qualifications

• Current Colorado Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification (AHA)
• 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred
• Strong orthopedic and neurological rehab skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthopedic and neurological conditions and treatments
• Skills in patient assessment and treatment planning
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC)
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting
