Shift Type: Night shift (NOC), 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $45 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents
- Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs throughout the shift
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement effective care plans
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maine or compact state eligible
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption per facility policy
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
