Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while following facility-specific protocols
• Complete required facility skills checklist to ensure competency and safety
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans and smooth transitions
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility and regulatory requirements
• Participate in onboarding steps including CA fingerprint background check registration and verification
• Advocate for patients and communicate clearly with families and care teams

Qualifications

• Facility-specific skills checklist (required) — please submit with your application
• Registered to run CA fingerprint background checks (must be registered with CA agency)
• Current, active professional license or certification appropriate for the role (as required by the facility)
• Relevant clinical experience and comfort working in fast-paced healthcare settings
• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; clinical degree or nursing education preferred as applicable to the role

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with facility-specific clinical procedures and checklists
• Ability to follow regulatory and compliance processes, including background checks
• Excellent patient assessment and documentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines
• Adaptability to different facility workflows and electronic health record systems
