Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible scheduling, including 12-hour day or night shifts as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients
Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform interventions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Support families and educate them on their child's condition and treatment
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or compact state
Minimum of 2 years of PICU experience preferred
Current BLS and PALS certifications required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficient in electronic health records and medical equipment
Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
