Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents and patients
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes promptly
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Document care accurately and maintain patient records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
- Previous nursing experience preferred, new graduates encouraged to apply
- Ability to provide state or federal ID and wear a photo badge
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
