Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible scheduling - various day shifts as needed, typically 6-hour shifts
Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to pediatric patients in the operating room
- Assist surgeons during procedures with precision and compassion
- Ensure a safe and sterile environment for every surgery
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes quickly
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington state
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- PALS certification preferred
- Previous OR or pediatric nursing experience is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of surgical aseptic technique
- Pediatric assessment and care skills
- Familiarity with OR equipment and instrumentation
- Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
